Jeanette Lonsdale MCIPD, Bsc (Hons)

Jeanette is a Chartered Member of the CIPD. With over 19 years senior HR experience predominantly within Information Security, Telecommunications and Construction sectors working across multiple geographies with various employment groups exceeding over 2000 employees and associates. Jeanette has extensive experience leading a number of significant sales, mergers and acquisitions which have involved complex TUPE employee relations issues. She has also transformed a number of HR departments from transactional 'fire-fighting' functions to commercial business partners making a positive contribution to the bottom line.

Jeanette can offer a wealth of knowledge suitable for your business needs at every level from reviewing your contracts of employment to offering strategic consultancy support on major change management programmes.

Operating from a base in Oxfordshire, Jeanette is ideally placed to deliver a HR service to employers in the Southern counties helping those SME's to deal with the issues you would ask from your own HR Department were you to have one or acting as an extra pair of hands or project lead on a one-off project.

Emma Armytage MCIPD

Emma is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and also holds a Masters Degree in Employment Law. With over 10 years HR experience operating within a number of industries including Construction, Manufacturing and Distribution she can offer a wealth of knowledge to suit your own business needs.

Emma has extensive experience writing and delivering bespoke management training programmes designed to give managers the tools and competance to manage their people effectively. Operating at a Business Partner level; she held a national role for several years within a unionised, multi-business environment and was heavily involved in ensuring legal compliance.

Operating from a base in West Yorkshire, Emma is ideally placed to deliver a HR Service to SME's in the Northern counties helping you to deal with the sorts of issues you would ask from your own HR Department - were you to have one.

Emma Browning FCIPD

Emma is a Fellow Member of the CIPD and holds a Master's degree in the Management of Innovation and Change. With over 15 years in HR working for SME's  in the Manufacturing, Engineering and Professional Service sectors, as well as working for larger premium brands such a Porsche and Harley Davidson.

With a proven track record in delivering change management programmes, re-organisations, employee development and managing complex employee relations issues.

Working in partnership with businesses to help them develop their people and people processes so that the business and the people within the business, deliver the best results possible.

Commercially astute with a 'can do' attitude. Emma has an ability to inject a sense of humour into her work and is fun to work with, despite the difficult nature of some of the issues she deals with, and most of all she is very pragmatic in her approach. 

Operating from a base in Buckinghamshire, Emma is ideally placed to deliver a HR Service to SME's in the home counties and London helping you to deal with the sorts of issues you would ask from your our HR Department - were you to have one.
